On Sunday, October 11, HĒRA Night welcomes JUNO to Toronto for his debut. The Hamburg-born artist will grace Harriet’s Rooftop at 1 Hotel Toronto for a daytime session. Expect a blend of Afro House, melodic house, and deeper electronic sounds.

It comes at an interesting point in JUNO’s career. His catalogue has surpassed 10 million Spotify streams. His music has gained support from notable artists like Black Coffee, Keinemusik, BLOND:ISH, Diplo, and WhoMadeWho. 2026 has brought milestones, including a Pete Tong mix for BBC Radio 1 and his first Tomorrowland appearance, according to his official artist biography.

Born in Hamburg with Vietnamese roots, JUNO has developed a sound that defies easy categorization. His music features Afro House rhythms, yet it also carries the emotional depth of melodic house. The warehouse series allowed us to explore melodic techno and techno in an industrial environment. Our rooftop programming opens the door to warmer sounds and a different relationship with the audience.

JUNO fits naturally between these worlds. There’s enough melody for the rooftop, enough rhythm for the dance floor, and enough depth to take the music somewhere unexpected as the afternoon unfolds. This is what drew us to bring him to Toronto. Not just what JUNO has achieved, but where his sound appears to be heading next.
