Refund Policy
Refund & Ticket Policy
At HĒRA Social Events, we understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending an event. Except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided in this policy, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
We offer the flexibility to transfer eligible tickets to another guest as outlined below.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person at no additional charge.
To request a ticket transfer, please fill out the transer form at least 48 hours before the event with your order details and the full name of the new attendee.
If there are fewer than 48 hours remaining before the event, please email us directly at info@herasocialevents.com and we will assist where possible.
Ticket transfers remain subject to any event-specific conditions.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, applicable ticketing-platform requirements, or expressly provided under this policy, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are generally not provided for personal circumstances, changes in plans, travel or transportation issues affecting the ticket holder, late arrival, failure to attend, or failure to meet the event or venue's entry requirements.
Where a refund request is submitted, HĒRA Social Events will provide an initial response within five business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other rights available to a ticket holder under applicable law.
Event Changes
Live events may occasionally require adjustments due to operational requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Event details, including schedules, set times, programming, performers, supporting artists, venue arrangements and operating times, may therefore be subject to change.
Where changes are necessary, HĒRA Social Events will make reasonable efforts in good faith to minimize disruption and maintain the overall nature and quality of the event.
A change to an individual element of an event does not automatically constitute cancellation of the event or automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund. Where a material change occurs, any refund or other remedy will be addressed based on the circumstances and in accordance with applicable law and applicable ticketing-platform requirements.
Where HĒRA Social Events provides reasonable advance notice of a material event or programming change, ticket holders wishing to request voluntary refunds, credits, or alternative accommodations must respond to the event notification with their request at least 72 hours before the scheduled event start time, unless otherwise communicated. Requests received after this deadline may be declined.
Ticket holders are responsible for providing accurate contact information and are encouraged to monitor event updates, including emails from HĒRA Social Events and the applicable ticketing platform, and to check spam folders or email filtering settings.
This deadline applies exclusively to voluntary accommodations and does not restrict any rights or remedies available under applicable law or mandatory ticketing-platform requirements.

Headliner or Featured Artist Non-Appearance
In the exceptional circumstance where an event has commenced or otherwise proceeds, but an advertised headliner or featured artist is unable or fails to perform due to circumstances beyond HĒRA Social Events' reasonable control, HĒRA Social Events will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on ticket holders and the event experience.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation, flight cancellations or significant travel disruptions, unexpected border or immigration-related disruptions outside HĒRA Social Events' reasonable control, illness or emergency affecting the artist, government or transportation restrictions, severe weather, or other circumstances preventing the artist from reaching or performing at the event as scheduled.
Depending on the circumstances, HĒRA Social Events may make one or more remedies available to affected ticket holders. These may include a partial refund of the applicable ticket value, ticket credit, complimentary or discounted access to a future HĒRA event, access to a rescheduled performance, or another reasonable alternative, subject in all cases to applicable law and applicable ticketing-platform requirements.
The remedy available may vary depending on the circumstances, including whether the affected performance is rescheduled, the alternative arrangements available, and the resolution reached with the relevant artist, agency or other third-party service provider.
Any arrangement between HĒRA Social Events and an artist, agency or third party does not limit any rights or remedies available to ticket holders under applicable law.
Where HĒRA Social Events announces a voluntary remedy requiring an individual request, ticket holders must submit their request to info@herasocialevents.com within 72 hours following the event, including their full name, order number and email address associated with the ticket purchase.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for the voluntary remedy offered by HĒRA Social Events in connection with the artist's non-appearance. This 72- hours period applies only to voluntary remedies offered by HĒRA Social Events and does not limit any rights, remedies or time periods provided by applicable law or applicable ticketing-platform requirements.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If an event is cancelled in its entirety, ticket holders will be contacted directly with information regarding the applicable refund process.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, HĒRA Social Events will communicate the available options directly to ticket holders in accordance with applicable law and applicable ticketing-platform requirements.
Refund Processing & Third-Party Fees
Where a refund is applicable, it will generally be processed through the original payment method and/or ticketing platform used for the purchase.
Ticketing platforms, payment processors and other third-party providers may charge service, processing or other fees in connection with a ticket purchase. Depending on the platform, circumstances and reason for the refund, some of these fees may be non-refundable.
As a result, the amount returned to a purchaser may differ from the total amount originally paid where third-party fees are retained by the applicable provider. Any such fees will be handled in accordance with the applicable provider's policies and applicable law.
Where the applicable ticketing platform or applicable law requires such fees to be refunded, they will be handled accordingly.
Once a refund has been processed, the time required for funds to appear in the purchaser's account may vary depending on the ticketing platform, payment provider or financial institution.
Venue, Admission & Conduct
Entry is subject to applicable laws, venue policies, licensing requirements, age restrictions, security procedures and capacity regulations.
Guests are responsible for complying with the rules and reasonable instructions of HĒRA Social Events, the venue and its security personnel.
HĒRA Social Events is committed to providing an environment in which guests, artists, staff and partners are treated with respect. Discrimination, harassment, threats, intimidation, violence, aggressive behaviour or other conduct that creates an unsafe environment will not be tolerated.
HĒRA Social Events and/or venue management reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is reasonably considered unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, violent, disruptive, or in violation of applicable law or venue policies, regardless of whether that person holds a valid ticket.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, a guest who is refused entry or removed for such conduct, intoxication, invalid or insufficient identification, failure to meet applicable age requirements, or violation of venue policies will not be entitled to a refund.
HĒRA Social Events is not responsible for venue services or operational matters outside of its reasonable control.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HĒRA Social Events will not be responsible for changes, delays or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These circumstances may include severe weather, transportation or travel disruptions, flight cancellations or delays, government restrictions, unexpected border or immigration-related disruptions, emergencies, public safety incidents, technical failures, venue-related disruptions, or actions or failures of artists, suppliers, venues, transportation providers or other third-party service providers.
Where reasonably possible, HĒRA Social Events will make good-faith efforts to minimize disruption and deliver the event substantially as planned.
The occurrence of such circumstances does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund where the event proceeds, subject always to applicable law, applicable ticketing-platform requirements, and any specific remedy communicated by HĒRA Social Events.
General
This policy should be read together with any event-specific terms communicated or made available at the time of purchase and, where tickets are purchased through a third-party ticketing platform, any applicable terms and requirements of that platform.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Ticket Policy and any applicable event-specific conditions.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited under applicable law.
